Scenic view of Massive Roadrunner

The Recycled Roadrunner is one of Las Cruces’ most recognizable public art pieces. Standing over 20 feet tall, the sculpture was created by local artist Olin Calk using thousands of pieces of recycled metal, including bicycle parts, old tools, scrap steel, and other discarded materials. It sits off I-10 at rest stop with shaded picnic tables and a great view of the Organ Mountains.
