Manby Hot Springs is a scenic natural hot spring tucked in the Rio Grande Gorge near Taos. The springs are about 25 minutes from Downtown Taos, with the current legal trailhead starting at the John Dunn Bridge parking area. From there, it is about a 2-mile hike each way, usually taking 45–60 minutes, with a moderate-to-difficult route that includes some boulder scrambling. The clothing-optional springs feature several primitive pools beside the river, rewarding visitors with warm mineral water and dramatic canyon scenery.
