Scenic view of Classical Gas Museum

The Classical Gas Museum in Embudo is a funky roadside stop on NM 68 on the way to Taos, filled with vintage gas pumps, neon signs, old cars, soda machines, maps, and other pieces of American road history. The museum is the passion project of owner Johnnie Meier, a really cool guy (and fellow programmer!) whose stories and personality are part of what make the place worth visiting. If you’re in the area, it’s absolutely worth a stop!
